Extended coverage through Extend Product Protection is available on eligible items for accidental damage and longer-term defect coverage.

Yes. If the price of an item you purchased drops within 7 days of your order, and it's still in stock in the same grade, model, and with the same accessories, KEH will refund the difference. This guarantee does not apply to sale prices or promotional events. Contact customer service within the 7-day window to request the adjustment.

• Wire transfers
• KEH eGift Cards in denominations of $50, $100, $150, and $200
