Yes. Every Legacybox order includes a prepaid UPS return shipping label so you don't pay to send your tapes in. Return shipment of your digitized materials back to you is also covered. Legacybox is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they arrive at their facility.

Every kit includes 30 days of free cloud access, starting from when your completed files are delivered — not from the order date. Download all your files within that window to avoid needing a paid subscription plan.

Yes, but only if you cancel within 15 days of the renewal date. Cancellations after that window are not eligible for a refund, and no pro-rated amounts are issued. All stored data is deleted when the account is terminated.

Yes — gift cards are priced significantly below their face value:

• $50 card: costs $19
• $250 card: costs $89
• $500 card: costs $169
• $1,000 card: costs $319

They're delivered instantly by email and apply as credit toward any digitizing order.

Legacybox will review the issue and provide a re-transfer at no additional charge. If your original materials are untransferable due to age or damage, they'll be returned to you, though return shipping costs in that case are not covered by Legacybox.

It's an optional add-on that provides limited coverage of $500 or $1,000 for complete package loss or misdirection while your materials are in transit to Legacybox. It is not insurance and does not cover damage from improper packing.

Legacybox runs short-window promotional sales — often tied to US holidays — with discounts historically ranging from 50% to 65% off kit prices. Signing up for the newsletter is the most reliable way to catch these deals before they expire.
