Loaded Promo Codes — Up to 96% Off

At checkout, find the Promotional Code field, enter your code, and click apply. The discount will appear in your order total before payment. Promo codes cannot be used on pre-order items or products that are already discounted, so apply them to full-price titles for best results.

CD Keys are delivered instantly via email once payment is confirmed and the security check passes. Logged-in customers can also access their codes through their account order history. For pre-orders, the key is sent on the official release date, typically shortly before or after launch.

CDKoins are loyalty points earned on eligible purchases. You can redeem them for discounts on future orders directly at checkout. They're automatically added to your account when you buy qualifying products while logged in — no separate sign-up required beyond having a Loaded account.

Yes. All PlayStation Store, Xbox, and Nintendo eShop gift cards are delivered as digital codes to your email instantly after purchase. Funds do not expire once redeemed to your platform wallet. Gift cards are region-locked, so make sure the card matches your account's region before buying.

No. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to pre-order items or products that are already discounted. Use your code on full-price items to get the reduction. If your code isn't working, this restriction is the most common reason, so check the item's status before checkout.

Refunds are handled on a discretionary basis. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 days of CD Key delivery, and the key must not have been redeemed or the game played. Purchases older than 120 days cannot be refunded to the original payment method. In those cases, a gift card or CDKoins may be offered instead.

Loaded accepts a wide range of payment methods with no fees or hidden charges. Options include:

• Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
• PayPal and Apple Pay
• Skrill, Alipay, Neteller, Sofort, Giropay, iDEAL

Cryptocurrency payments are temporarily unavailable. You'll be billed in GBP regardless of the currency displayed on site.

Not always. Some games and gift cards are region-locked, meaning they must be used with an account from the same region as the code. Check the product page before purchasing, as region restrictions are listed there. Gift cards in particular must match your platform account's region to activate correctly.

Once you receive your code by email, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your gaming platform (Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo eShop, etc.).
2. Find the Activate or Redeem Code option.
3. Enter your CD Key exactly as shown.
4. Confirm activation — the game is permanently added to your library.

The two biggest sales events are Purple Friday (a 24-hour sale with up to 30% cashback for logged-in users) and the Black Friday sale, one of the largest discount events of the year. Being signed in to your account during these events is essential to access cashback rewards. Outside of these events, current deals already reach up to 90% off on select titles.
