Yes. Free standard ground shipping applies to U.S. orders of $75 or more (continental 48 states only). Orders under $75 ship for $10.00. Sale prices count toward the $75 threshold, so discounted items qualify the same as full-price ones.

2. Enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click Apply.
3. Confirm the discount appears in your order summary before completing payment.

Lugz doesn't process direct exchanges. Instead, return the unwanted item under the 60-day return policy, then place a new order for the correct size or style. This applies to both full-price and sale items, excluding Final Sale styles, which cannot be returned.

Lugz accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and Shopify Payments. Klarna offers buy-now-pay-later installment options. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars, with sales tax added at checkout where applicable.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days plus 1–3 days for processing. Express options — next-day, 2-business-day, and 3-business-day — are available but not to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days before shipment.

The sale section includes boots, sneakers, and Pro-Tech work styles for men and women, with markdowns up to $45 off. Inventory rotates seasonally as colorways sell through and new styles come in, so the selection changes over time. Check the page regularly to catch new markdowns.
