Q&A with Moosejaw
How do I use my Moosejaw coupon?
To start saving on your newest outdoor gear, take your pick of our coupons to get the best deal on your shop and then follow the links through to the markdowns most relevant to your shop. For one of our promo codes, keep it handy for the checkout screen. Once there, paste it in the box under section 4 ‘Payment Information’ to watch the order total plummet.
Where are Moosejaw locations around the U.S?
Besides their online store that ships nationwide, there are a total of eleven Moosejaw stores dotted around the eastern U.S.A – eight in Michigan, and one in Colorado, Illinois, and Missouri respectively.
To see if any of these are in your local area, check out the Moosejaw ‘Find a Shop’ page and get the individual addresses, opening hours and contact numbers of each.
Can I buy a Moosejaw gift card?
No problem, simply visit their dedicated page and select your choice of physical or eGift card. Physical models have values ranging between $5 and $100, whilst eGift cards have no limit and can have a customized amount entered online. Balances for existing cards can also be checked freely on this page too.

If you’re not totally satisfied with your order then don’t worry, Moosejaw offers a generous 60-day return window for the majority of their products – providing they are unworn, unwashed, without wear and tear and with the original tags attached. Almost all electronic items (except drones) have 30 days in which to be returned or exchanged. Drones and tent roofs meanwhile have a stricter 15-day window, so be sure to be prompt if considering a refund or exchange on these items.
