The Entertainment Saver is currently the lowest-priced individual membership, at £2.99 a month for a 6-month minimum term (vs £7.99/month on a flexible plan). For the best overall value, the Cinema + Entertainment + Boost bundle costs £6.98/month for six months and includes Boost free for the full six months.

You can request cancellation at any time, but on a Saver Membership, it only takes effect when your minimum term ends. You keep full access until that date. On a Fully Flexible Membership, cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

Free trials aren't available with a Sports Month Membership. New Hayu members get a 7-day free trial before £5.99/month begins. Existing monthly members may be eligible for a free 7-day Boost or Ultra Boost trial at checkout. Check eligibility during sign-up.

Boost costs £6/month and upgrades your viewing experience with the following features:

• Full HD 1080p streaming quality
• Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound
• Ad-free on-demand viewing (ads still appear on live channels and trailers)
• Simultaneous streaming on 2 devices
• Minimum internet speed required: 12Mbps per device

No. Saver bundles and introductory discounts are available to new members only. They're also not accessible to customers who are currently billed through an external provider rather than directly through NOW. Sign up at nowtv.com to qualify.

Yes. Sports Month and Sports Day Memberships include all 12 Sky Sports channels plus the Sky Sports+ stream. However, they do not include Sky Box Office events (boxing, WWE) or TNT Sports. Boost or Ultra Boost can be added to Sports Month Membership for enhanced picture quality and multi-device streaming.

Yes, but only on selected memberships. Downloads are available for Cinema, Entertainment, and Hayu memberships on iOS and Android devices only. You can download up to 2 copies per episode or movie. Downloaded content is accessible for 48 hours after viewing starts, or up to 30 days after the download date.

Ultra Boost costs £9/month and offers a significant step up from standard Boost (£6/month). Here's how they compare:

• Boost: Full HD 1080p, Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, ad-free on-demand, 2 simultaneous streams, 12Mbps minimum speed
• Ultra Boost: Up to 4K Ultra HD HDR, Dolby Atmos audio, ad-free on-demand, 3 simultaneous streams, access to 4 live UHD Sky Sports channels, 30Mbps minimum speed

If you upgrade from Boost to Ultra Boost mid-cycle, any unused paid Boost time is automatically refunded.

Sports Day Memberships can only be cancelled if purchased within the last 14 days and not yet activated. To cancel, you must contact NOW's support team directly via nowtv.com/gb/help/article/contact-now. This cannot be done through your account settings.

If you cancel your last active monthly membership (excluding memberships billed through a third party), NOW automatically cancels your Boost or Ultra Boost from the next billing date. If you upgrade from Boost to Ultra Boost mid-cycle, any unused paid Boost time is automatically refunded.
