Off Broadway Shoes Promo Codes — Free Shipping

Yes. Off Broadway Shoes currently offers Buy One, Get One 50% Off on select styles in store and online. A separate Buy One, Get One Free promotion runs on select styles while supplies last. Both exclude a range of brands including Nike, Adidas, Birkenstock, and Vans.

The Rewards Program is free to join. Here's what you get as a member:

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
• Every 200 points automatically converts to a $15 Reward
• A $10 Welcome Reward is added to your account when you sign up in store
• A $10 Birthday Reward is issued on the first day of your birthday month, valid for the entire month
• Free economy shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required

There are two ways to qualify for free economy shipping. Rewards Members get it on every order with no minimum spend. Non-members receive free economy shipping when their order subtotal exceeds $65 after all discounts are applied, before tax and shipping fees.

Yes, in some cases. The BOGO 50% Off promotion can be combined with earned Rewards dollars and select coupons on eligible styles. However, coupons cannot be used alongside the BOGO Free promotion, and both offers exclude a long list of specific brands. Check exclusions before checkout.

Unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of purchase with original packaging and a receipt for a full refund to the original payment method. Without a receipt, you'll receive a gift card for the current selling price or a merchandise exchange instead of a cash refund.

No. Exchanges are available in store only. If you want to swap a style or size via mail, you'll need to return the original pair for a refund and place a new order. Returning to any Off Broadway Shoes or Rack Room Shoes location is the fastest way to complete an exchange.

Yes. Military personnel with a valid U.S. Military ID receive 10% off their entire in-store purchase every Tuesday. The discount increases to 20% on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day. Both discounts can be stacked with the BOGO 50% Off promotion and applied on top of sale prices.

If you return either pair from a BOGO purchase, the promotional discount is deducted from your refund total. To keep the discount, exchange the item in store rather than returning it by mail. The discount is retained only when an in-store exchange is made at the time of the return.

Beyond the standard 1 point per $1 spent, you can accelerate earnings through several channels:

• Shop during exclusive 2x or 3x points events
• Choose In-Store Pickup for eligible online orders
• Leave reviews on eligible online purchases

Rewards points earned at Off Broadway Shoes and Rack Room Shoes are interchangeable across both banners.
