No. Only one discount code can be applied per order or per subscription. Codes are also single-use, so choose the one that saves you the most on your current cart before applying it.

It's free to join. You earn SEEDS on every purchase (at least 1 SEED per $1 spent) and can redeem them for store credit, from $5 off (100 SEEDS, min. $40 cart) up to $25 off (500 SEEDS, min. $70 cart). You also get 25 SEEDS just for signing up.

Yes. SEEDS expire after 6 months of account inactivity (meaning no purchases or redemptions). Make at least one transaction within every six-month window to keep your balance active.

Recurring subscription orders save up to 29% off every order. The maximum saving applies to larger Build-a-Bundle boxes. Smaller box sizes carry proportionally lower subscription discounts. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.

You get $30 in store credit (600 SEEDS) for each successful referral. Your friend receives $30 off their first order, subject to a minimum spend. The friend must be a new customer and order through your unique referral link. Verify current minimum spend terms at checkout.

Yes. You can pause, skip, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal, as long as you do so before 11:59 pm EST the day before your next charge date. Once an order has charged, no changes are possible.

Once Upon a Farm ships refrigerated and frozen products with 2-day delivery to the 48 contiguous US states and D.C. Pantry snacks ship via FedEx Ground Economy. The brand cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or PO Box addresses. Check the site for current shipping rates.

All sales are final, but Once Upon a Farm will issue store credit, reship, or refund damaged products. Contact care@uponafarm.com or call 888-983-1606 with your order number, a description of the damage, photos, and the date and time you received the package.

You can enter a Once Upon a Farm discount code in two places: the discount code field at checkout, or within the Discount Code section of your customer portal if you're an existing subscriber applying it to a future recurring order.
