Daily Deals are limited-stock, time-sensitive discounts on specific personalized items, with savings ranging from around 38% to 60% off the original price. • Expedited Shipping: 4 business days, available to all 50 states
• Rush Shipping: 2 business days, contiguous 48 states only
• Saturday Delivery: Order Thursday, receive Saturday, contiguous 48 states only

Expedited options are not available to P.O. Boxes, military bases, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.

Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. If your order has a quality issue, return it in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for the same item. Orders go into production immediately, so cancelations or changes are not possible once placed.

Yes. The Clearance Sale section features personalized gifts at the lowest prices across a range of occasions. Stock is limited and not restocked once sold out, so it's worth checking regularly. Items in clearance represent final inventory, making it one of the best places to find a strong deal without needing a Personalization Mall coupon.
