Printerpix — frequently asked
Does Printerpix offer free shipping?
Free delivery is available on photo gift orders. Check the Printerpix website at checkout to see whether your order qualifies. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery speed:
-
Standard: 3 to 7 business days
-
Expedited: 2 to 3 business days
-
Rush: 1 to 2 business days
What is Printerpix's return policy?
Printerpix offers a 30-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or defective, they'll reprint or refund it, and they cover return shipping in those cases. The guarantee doesn't apply to errors in your own design, like typos or low-resolution photos, so double-check your order before confirming.
Does Printerpix offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes. If you're ordering more than 10 items of a single product, Printerpix offers special large-order pricing. It's not automatic at checkout. You need to contact them via WhatsApp to request a custom bulk discount quote.
Does Printerpix have a loyalty program?
Printerpix doesn't run a points-based loyalty program at the moment. For regular savings, the Fall Sale is your best option, with discounts up to 87% off on popular products. Signing up for Printerpix emails is also a smart move to catch future promotions as soon as they launch.
Does Printerpix offer student or military discounts?
No dedicated student or military discount program is currently available at Printerpix. The good news is that the Fall Sale brings prices down significantly across the board, with canvas prints from $5.99 and photo books from $9.99, so there's real value available to everyone without needing a special eligibility code.
Does Printerpix have a refer-a-friend program?
There's no referral program at Printerpix right now. If you're shopping with someone else, one practical option is to combine your items into a single order to hit the 10-unit threshold for bulk pricing. Reach out via WhatsApp to see if a custom quote applies to your order.
What payment methods does Printerpix accept?
Printerpix accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Afterpay. Afterpay lets you split your purchase into installments, which is handy if you're ordering something like a premium acrylic photo book or a larger set of prints.
How long does Printerpix take to produce and deliver an order?
Custom products need 1 to 3 business days to manufacture before shipping. After that, delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose:
-
Standard: 3 to 7 business days
-
Expedited: 2 to 3 business days
-
Rush: 1 to 2 business days
Factor in both the production and delivery windows when you need an order by a specific date.
Does Printerpix have a price guarantee?
Yes. Printerpix offers a lowest price guarantee. If you find the same product cheaper somewhere else, they'll match it. It's worth knowing about before you shop around, since it means you don't have to sacrifice quality chasing a lower price elsewhere.
Are Printerpix products made in the USA?
Yes. Printerpix manufactures its products in the USA using premium, responsibly sourced materials. Orders are custom-made to your design, which is why there's a 1 to 3 business day production window before your item ships.
