Refund timelines depend on your return method. In-person Happy Returns refunds appear within up to 5 business days. Mail-in returns take up to 21 days to process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Here's exactly where to find the discount code field at checkout:

1. Add your items to the cart and click the cart icon to review your order.
2. Proceed to checkout and complete your shipping details on the first screen.
3. On the payment page, locate the "Discount code or gift card" field — it appears below your order summary.
4. Type or paste your code into the field and click Apply.
5. Confirm the saving has been deducted from your total before completing payment.

A couple of things to keep in mind: Final sale items are typically excluded from promotional codes, and only one discount code can usually be applied per order.

Yes. The Rockport All Sale collection features limited-time markdowns across men's and women's styles, with prices starting from $24.99. A separate Clearance section carries the deepest discounts, and a "New to Sale" sub-section highlights recently added styles. Stock is limited across all sale categories.

Yes. If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method at checkout. Gift card balances never expire. E-gift cards are delivered by email and are final sale — they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Rockport carries men's sizes from US 6 to US 17 and women's sizes from US 5 to US 11. Wide-width options are available across a significant portion of both ranges, including within the sale and clearance sections where stock is more limited.

No. Selected best-selling styles carry automatic discounts of 20%, 25%, or 30% off that apply at checkout without any code. To find qualifying products, filter the best-sellers collection by "Available Offers" before adding items to your cart.
