Yes. Purpose Points expire after 180 days of inactivity — meaning 180 days since your last qualifying purchase. Banked Rewards follow the same rule. Keep your account active with at least one smoothie, bowl, or food purchase every six months to avoid losing your balance.

Yes, two options are available:

1. Tell the cashier you're a Healthy Rewards member and provide the email or phone number on your account — rewards populate automatically if you've logged in at least once.
2. Keep your receipt, then open the app and tap Earn Points On A Past Order. Enter the barcode digits from the receipt within 48 hours.

Gift cards are available in-store, online, and as e-gift cards in any amount. If you add a gift card to your Healthy Rewards account, the full balance transfers into the app and can only be used through the app — not at the register offline. Gift card purchases don't earn Purpose Points, but purchases made using a gift card balance do.
