Returning a SOREL order is straightforward. Here's what to do:

1. Pack your shoes inside an outer shipping box. Do not ship the shoe box on its own, as the return won't be accepted if it arrives damaged.
2. Place the flat-rate UPS return label on the outside of the outer box.
3. Include your return slip inside the package.
4. Drop the parcel at your nearest UPS dropoff location.
5. Allow 7–10 business days after SOREL receives the return for your refund to be processed. Note that the $6 label cost is deducted from your refund amount.
