TAKEYA Promo Codes — Up to 50% Off

Yes. New customers receive 10% off their first order by signing up for the Takeya email list. The discount code is delivered by email and applies sitewide on full-price items. It cannot be combined with clearance pricing or the current customization promotion.

Free standard shipping applies to orders of $49 or more shipped to the contiguous United States. Delivery takes 3–8 business days. Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and Canada are excluded from the free shipping threshold.

Takeya's sale section features past-season Actives bottles and accessories at 30% off, with discounts already applied to displayed prices. Stock is limited with no restocks. All clearance purchases are final — no returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items.

No. Takeya promo codes and discount offers cannot be combined with clearance or sale pricing. Sale items already reflect the 30% markdown. The 10% first-order discount and customization promotion are also excluded from stacking with each other or with sale prices.

Buy one item with laser engraving and receive free engraving on a second item of equal or lesser value. The discount covers the $8 per side engraving fee only — not the product price. It applies to one side per item and is capped at 10 customized items per order.

Yes. Orders between $50 and $1,000 qualify for Shop Pay Installments — four equal bi-weekly payments via Affirm. Interest-free options are available. There are no late fees, and checking eligibility doesn't affect your credit score.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Takeya does not offer exchanges, and you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is Takeya's. The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Products that have been used or contain traces of liquid.
• Engraved or customized items (unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed).
• Clearance and sale items — all sales are final.
• Items without a receipt or order number.

Allow 3–7 business days after your return is received for processing. The credit then takes 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Yes. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 48 units or more. Free shipping to one contiguous US location is included. Customization is optional, and tax-exempt organizations can submit a W/9 certificate before placing an order.
