Torrid Promo Codes — 60% Off

Yes. New customers who sign up for the Torrid email list receive an extra 20% off their first order. Signing up for text alerts separately adds $20 off a purchase of $50 or more. Both offers can potentially apply to the same initial purchase.

Torrid Rewards is a free loyalty program with three tiers: Insider, Loyalist, and VIP. Members earn one point per dollar spent and receive a reward for every 250 points. New members also get 100 bonus points on sign-up and $25 in Torrid Cash for every $50 spent.

1. Add items to your cart and click the bag icon to review your order.
2. Locate the Promo Code or Coupon Code field on the cart or checkout page — it appears before the payment step.
3. Enter your code exactly as shown, including any capital letters, then click Apply.
4. Confirm the discount appears in your order summary before completing payment.
5. If the code doesn't apply, check that your cart items are eligible — some codes exclude clearance items or specific categories.

Torrid Cash gives Rewards members $25 for every $50 spent. It can be combined with the Torrid Credit Card's 5% discount and earned loyalty rewards, but it cannot be used on clearance items or stacked with most promotional codes.

The three tiers offer escalating rewards per 250 points earned:

• Insider: $10 reward
• Loyalist ($500+/year): $15 reward + free standard shipping
• VIP: $20 reward + free shipping + free returns

Torrid offers a 60-day return window on standard purchases. Loyalist and VIP tier Torrid Rewards members receive free returns as a tier benefit. The standard return policy applies to Klarna purchases as well.
