Uncrate Promo Codes — 56% Off

A few things can cause this. First, check that your cart meets any minimum spend requirement attached to the code. Second, confirm none of your items are redline surplus products, as these are often excluded from promotional codes. Finally, only one discount code can be applied per order, so remove any other code already in the field before trying again.

No cash refund is available on redline surplus purchases. These are final sale. You can receive store credit or an exchange instead. Make sure you're happy with the item before completing your order, since the standard 15-day return refund policy doesn't apply to this category.

The return window is 15 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Refunds are processed after physical inspection at the facility. Orders placed between November 15th and December 31st qualify for an extended holiday return window through January 31st.

Yes. Free standard US domestic shipping applies on many orders over $199 for items stocked directly by Uncrate Supply. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated by weight and destination. Next-day shipping is also available for an additional fee if you need your order in a hurry.

The Enlist newsletter is Uncrate's subscriber service that gives you first notice on new gear, automobiles, and apparel drops. It's free to join. If you want to know about new Uncrate Supply products, including restocks of popular items, before the general public does, it's genuinely worth it.

Uncrate Supply accepts Apple Pay and PayPal at checkout. Both options let you complete your purchase quickly without entering card details manually.

For furniture, you must refuse the delivery at the time it arrives to qualify for a refund or replacement. Once a damaged furniture item is accepted, Uncrate's policy does not cover it. If damage is visible on arrival, don't sign for it. Send it back with the delivery driver and contact Uncrate support right away.

Uncrate doesn't run a points-based loyalty program at the moment. The best ongoing ways to save are shopping surplus redline items, hitting the free shipping threshold on orders over $199, and subscribing to the Enlist newsletter for early access to new drops.
