Yes. WeRoad's Refer a Friend program gives the person you invite $120 off their first trip. You earn 5% off a future booking for each friend who signs up, and that 5% is stackable up to a maximum of 50%. The referral discount doesn't apply to weekend trips.

WeRoad offers an optional Flexible Cancellation add-on at checkout (priced between $79 and $199) that covers full refunds for cancellations or rescheduling. Without it, standard cancellation terms apply. You can also change your date or destination for free up to 31 days before departure through your personal account.

Not entirely. WeRoad packages cover ground logistics, local transport, accommodation, and activities managed by your Group Leader. International flights — inbound and outbound — are not included, giving you the freedom to book your own flights. Check individual trip pages for exactly what's covered.

Last-minute deals currently offer up to 30% off trips departing within 2–4 weeks, making them the highest single discount available. The Early Bird promo reaches up to 25% off for advance bookings. WeRoad doesn't have a points-based loyalty program, but the Refer a Friend program comes close. You earn 5% off per friend who books, stackable up to 50%, which rewards repeat engagement in a meaningful way.

Yes. You can reserve a spot on an unconfirmed trip for $0 upfront. A $100 deposit is charged automatically only once the trip reaches Confirmed status, meaning enough participants have signed up to guarantee the departure.

A Confirmed trip is guaranteed to depart, so your spot is secure. A Planned trip still needs a minimum number of participants before it reaches Confirmed status. You can book a Planned trip for $0 upfront, and your $100 deposit only kicks in once it's confirmed.
