What is the best way to use my zZounds coupon?

Select an offer, copy the code if one is provided, and follow the link to the zZounds website where you can pick out your guitars, amps, or alternative music-making goods. How much does zZounds charge for shipping?

At zZounds, the team understands that you want to get your hands on your music gear as quickly as possible. That’s why the team offers free ground shipping on every single order shipped within the continental US, including heavy and oversized items. What’s more, zZounds ship more than 90% of their orders with 2-day shipping. However, it’s best to allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on your proximity to a zZounds warehouse location.

What is the zZounds returns policy?

If you are not happy with the quality of your zZounds goods, you can request a return for a refund or exchange within 45 days of receipt. Simply head to the Request Return Authorization page for further details.

How can I find out my zZounds order status?

It couldn’t be easier to track your parcel’s progress. Just hit the My Order tab in the top right corner of the zZounds website to view information about your order. You will also receive an email whenever there is an update on your order status.

Does zZounds offer a ‘Lowest Price Guarantee’?

Absolutely! zZounds is so confident in its prices that it guarantees the lowest price on its products even up to 45 days after your order ships.
